Lincoln University's premiere restaurant, Sandella's, still remains closed even after it was forced to closed its doors early last semester due to health concerns.
Sandella's, which was briefly opened in the Student Union Building, closed because of a lack of sinks in the restaurant. Many students returned to campus this semester to find out that the restaurant had not yet reopened.
Tamara Pinkett, the manager of the restaurant said that the restaurant has to be inspected by officials from Chester County. She would not speculate on when that inspection might take place.
Schivell Santos, a senior from the Bronx said that Sandella's should make some additional changes before it reopens.
"Sandella's should open the same time the grill does", said Santos. "And they should lower the prices for students to be able to purchase the food."
For now, Sandella's will remain closed and students will have to resort to the cafeteria and the grill for lunch and dinner.
