About a dozen Lincoln University students braved the frigid cold as they stood along Baltimore Pike last week to call attention to a myriad of on-campus problems. Carrying signs that read: "Justice is what love looks like in public," and "Sodexo is poisoning us," the protests were held after Amelia Sherwood, a Lincoln University junior, found a moth in her salad last month.
Business Executive and Lincoln University alumnus, James "Scrappy" Jordan spoke to students on October 28th as a part of the NAACP's premiere forum on campus in the Ware Center Theatre. "So I Graduated, Now What?" was the first forum for the organization's "WAKE UP" Series, a campus outreach initiative which will include a total of five forums aimed at educating students on the issues that African Americans face.
Hundreds of Lincoln University students have been scrambling to pre-register for Spring courses. Pre-registration has come yet again, and with it came a series of headaches and frustrations. Seniors kicked off the registration process and was followed by juniors.
